Immerse Yourself

Live in the Present - BookWhen dreaming up Live in the Present we knew what the main challenge we faced was: keeping people engaged.

Energy is a funny thing. It can often be fleeting and difficult to maintain. There’s even a lot of scepticism about whether or not self-help books work at all.

Here’s how we see it: They can work, but often don’t. Why? Because once a book has been read, life carries on. Ideas are forgotten and negative habits reemerge. Thankfully, a clever chain of humans created the internet and the web is the key to our philosophy.

Follow the steps to the right and keep in touch. Immerse yourself in the good things happening in the world and expose yourself to daily lessons. The result? Well, that’s down to you 😉

So, long after our book has been read and is gathering dust on your bookshelf, you’ll still be using our meditation mp3s, still reading about some of the amazing things happening in the world and still living in your present.

Nothing happens overnight. Only consistent and persistent habits will get you to where you want to be

Twitter & Facebook

Bet you didn’t see that coming, did you? Not everyone is a social media addict but we like to look on the bright side: they are a fantastic way to stay in touch with the world.

We use Twitter and Facebook to show you some amazing things. Some funny, some informative, some inspiring. They are also a great way for you to contact us quickly. Don’t be afraid to get in touch and let us know how you are getting on.

Download the Starter Pack

This is what you came for. You’ll need a PC or laptop to access the Zip file. What’s in it? Here’s what…

  • Free Morning/Evening meditation mp3 files
  • Desktop wallpapers for your computer, phone or tablet
  • Posters for you to print out and pin up (on your notice board, above your desk, in your fridge…)
  • A ‘Morning Routine’ PDF to keep by your bed side. Start your day as you mean to go on

To get the pack, enter your email address below, confirm your address and you’ll be sent to the download page.

The Blog

Last but not least, it’s the blog. This is another main source of communication. Sean loves to write, and it’s here that you’ll find his thoughts, musings and ponderings on many of the themes discussed in the book. Think of them as free bonus chapters.

We post blog updates to Facebook and Twitter. You can also subscribe via RSS if you’re into that kind of thing.
